When Noa Staryk went to her first showroom in L.A. to buy products for her shop, Nest, she was terrified.
“It’s hard for me to relate now to how scared I was when I went to my first showroom,” she said. “I didn’t even know how you placed an order.”
Her heart was racing when she walked into the Two’s Company showroom. She thought to herself, “Is this actually happening? Are they going to actually let me place an order?”
But the company’s representative was so nice and approachable, she said, making her feel much more comfortable in the unfamiliar setting.
“I thought, ‘Okay I can do this,’” she said. “I went a little crazy and now I have a bunch of picture frames based upon fear.”
That was in May.
On Dec. 15 she opened the doors of Nest, her first boutique, with a confident attitude and a beaming face.
