it’s always fun when something new comes to Jackson Hole.
but it’s even more fun when an adorable women’s store opens their doors!
Nest rebranded and moved locations to 155 W. Pearl, right next to Pearl Street Bagels, and has the sweetest outfits for Summer.
Noa, the owner, said she wanted to bring tomboy chic to Town and i jumped all over that.
um, please and thank you!
when she was describing her style, she said she was inspired by the shopping in Amsterdam and if you know, YOU KNOW.
it’s that good.
“Redoing spaces is my jam,” says Noa Staryk, who, with her family, moved to Jackson from Minneapolis in 2011 after vacationing here several times a year starting in the 1990s. She and husband Ted own Snake River Brewing—they bought it in 2006, before they lived here—and when they went shopping for office space in 2012, it was a 1930s cabin on Pearl Avenue that caught her eye. After remodeling it for nine months, the couple used it as their offices until 2016, when Staryk took it over for the boutique Nest. “I had always wanted to have a small shop filled with things I loved,” she says. Formerly the home of Gladys and John Wort (John and his brother, Jess, built The Wort Hotel in downtown Jackson), today the cabin displays shoes and racks full of colorful clothing sourced from around the world. “I’m much more confident with interiors than I am with clothing, but I love the challenge of a steep learning curve,” Staryk says.

With Teton Youth and Family Services, it will host opening festivities from 5 to 7 p.m. March 12.
There will be snacks, and if you buy something, 10% of the proceeds will go to Teton Youth and Family Services to benefit children and families.
Nest’s new shop is located at 3445 N. Pines Way in Wilson. It's a space that previously housed a Belle Cose clothing store.
That shopping area has welcomed several new faces over the past year as Jackson businesses have extended their operations to the west side of the Snake River. They include M, a sister store to Made; the Wilson Book Gallery, a sibling of the Jackson Whole Book Trader; and Persephone West Bank, from the same family that operates Persephone and Picnic in Jackson.
When Noa Staryk went to her first showroom in L.A. to buy products for her shop, Nest, she was terrified.
“It’s hard for me to relate now to how scared I was when I went to my first showroom,” she said. “I didn’t even know how you placed an order.”

Her heart was racing when she walked into the Two’s Company showroom. She thought to herself, “Is this actually happening? Are they going to actually let me place an order?”
But the company’s representative was so nice and approachable, she said, making her feel much more comfortable in the unfamiliar setting.
“I thought, ‘Okay I can do this,’” she said. “I went a little crazy and now I have a bunch of picture frames based upon fear.”
That was in May.
On Dec. 15 she opened the doors of Nest, her first boutique, with a confident attitude and a beaming face.
